Gift Voucher Information

Vouchers are available in multiples of £1.

Simply select the value you’d like by adding the corresponding quantity to your basket. For example, a quantity of 50 will provide a £50 voucher.

  • E-vouchers will be emailed to the payment email address within 24 hours.
  • Physical vouchers are posted First Class.

Please note: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Workshop bookings must be made before the expiry date, but the workshop itself may take place after the voucher has expired.

Shipping Policy – Glass Workshop (UK)

We aim to deliver your beautiful glass pieces quickly and safely across the UK. Please review our shipping policy below.

Standard Shipping

  • Flat Rate: £4.95
  • Delivery Time: 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days unless otherwise stated.

Free Shipping

  • Orders over £50 qualify for FREE UK delivery
  • Discount is automatically applied at checkout—no code required.

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information (if applicable).
  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Returns & Damages in Transit Policy

Return transport is at the customers expense. Refunds and/or credit notes will be issued for merchandise returned in saleable condition and in unopened, original packaging within 30 days. We cannot accept returns for refunds, exchanges or gift vouchers without proof of purchase. All goods are inspected prior to shipping; damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If you notice damage to the packaging, either refuse delivery or note this on the delivery receipt, save all packaging materials and damaged products. Contact us immediately and we will file a claim on your behalf and replace or issue a credit note for damaged goods. For returns by post the sender is liable for the postage charges and the risk of damage to the goods, for which no refund will be given if they are received broken or damaged or unsaleable.

Please unpack your order upon reciept and inform us of any issues within 2 working days. Claims for damaged or missing goods must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. We will not accept liability for goods claimed for after this period.
Should you wish to return an order which qualified for free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the delivery and any returns cost incurred by us from any refund given. If goods are returned by refusing delivery we reserve the right to deduct returns costs incurred by us from any refund given, unless the goods are damaged upon arrival.
